III. Release Auction Procedure
1. Submit Auction
Go to [Seller] → [Release Auction], fill in details as required (supports batch submission).
2. Release Settings
Set reserve price, release date, closing time, and cost (optional). Once submitted, the system will verify the domain. Upon approval, it will be published. If rejected, please adjust and resubmit.
3. Waiting for Pre-Orders
After successful listing, you can track status under [Domains in Release]:
Pre-Release: Modifications and cancellations are allowed.
Pre-Order: Modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
If no pre-order is placed, the domain will expire unsold without any failure fee.
4. Auction Stage
If the domain has pre-orders, it will automatically enter a 3-day bidding period after release.
You can check status under [Domains in Auction]: reserve met/not met, and click to view auction details.
5. Unsold Domains
If reserve price is not met, the domain is considered unsold.
Unsold fee: $1.00/domain for standard users; $0.50/domain for resellers.
Unsold domains can be resubmitted only after 60 days.
IV. Settlement
1. A transaction is successful if the final bid meets or exceeds the reserve price.
2. Seller’s Net Proceeds = Final Price – Reseller Commission – Handling Fee. Handling Fee: 15% for standard users; 10% for resellers.
3. Proceeds will automatically appear in your Settlement List. You can process payouts under [Finance Management] → [Settlement].
Example:
Domain *.com final price = $1,000.00
Reseller Commission = $200.00
Service Fee = 10%
Net Proceeds = ($1,000 – $200) × 90% = $720.00
